Our mission is to create the most incredible gifts, cards and decorations for anyone with a passion for living a healthier lifestyle.

2) How do I place an order?

Placing an order is incredibly simple. Just head to our “Gift Box” page, select your preferred gift box, and click “Add to cart” – then “view your cart” and place your order by entering your delivery information and payment details.

4) Can I choose what is in my Gift Box?

Our Give Fitness Crew work hard to select products that we think you will love each month however obviously each individual and their tastes are very different. We are designed to be a convenient and fun way to discover healthy products and we know that hunting around for healthy products takes time and can be costly, that’s why we carefully source the products that go into each gift box so you don’t have to!

6) Is my Give Fitness Box actually value for money?

Give Fitness aims to cram as many top quality products into each box as humanly possibly which is reflected in the cost of our boxes and the postage cost that is charged. Each box contains heavy products including fitness stock which makes our boxes quite substantial for the old postman to handle!

We at Give Fitness endeavour to offer as much as possible that are ethically sourced products that come from a wide range of companies and distributors across Australia. We love to work with small producers as much as possible who curate handmade products which we think is incredibly important and something we wish to continue. Sourcing such natural handmade products is also reflected in the price of the box. We also take time to create cards and decorations that are available to purchase – these little personal touches help to make Give Fitness what it is!

8) I love one of the products from my Give Fitness, where can I buy it?

If you love one of the products that you have tried, drop us an email at givefitnessboxes@gmail.com and we can send you a link to the website where we got the products from.

9) Am I eligible for a refund?

Give Fitness does not offer refunds. This includes any partial refunds however Give Fitness may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund in the event of there being extenuating circumstances. Give Fitness does not accept returns individual products under any circumstances.

10) What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept PayPal payments through the PayPal Checkout payment gateway. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still checkout using a credit or debit card by selecting the appropriate link on the PayPal checkout page or you can send us an email and we can give you alternative methods of payment.
